Nina Nia Šribar holds a master's degree in Andragogy, combining knowledge from the fields of adult education, digital learning and artificial intelligence. It focuses on the transfer of andragogic approaches to modern, technologically supported learning environments and explores the role of generative AI in the development of employees' knowledge and skills. It helps workshop participants to understand practical approaches to the use of AI and brings them closer to concrete possibilities of using AI in different learning contexts.
